Could you run a mile without stopping to rest,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
Yes. Ive ran for over an hour before. Every time I started getting fatigues,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I ran faster. And I just got into this zone and stopped feeling fatigued. I finally stopped only because I was getting bored, it was 3 am and I had to get up for work at 7 am. At first I couldnt figure out how to stop, but when I finally slowed down I started hurting. I had to keep jogging to stop the pain.
