Dr Carr-Gregg said the teen-prank video might have been a sporadically joke,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but will haunt the students for a long period.
"It is suggestive of an amazing failure in terms of our education system,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], because we didn't equip these three girls with skills,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the knowledge and also the strategies around keeping themselves safe online.
"This will now haunt them for the rest of their lives,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," Dr Carr-Gregg said.
Dr Carr-Gregg said it highlighted the deficiencies of Department of Education in South Australia who had not adopted the e-smart school program which Victoria and Queensland had implemented.
"I think the school had erred in expelling them," Dr Carr-Gregg added.

Police investigating video
South Australian Police Commissioner Mal Hyde said the incident had been known the South Australian Police and they would be investigating the problem,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
