I don't know about you,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but one of the first things I learned when I started working out was letting people work in with me on a machine,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], bench,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or whatever. It's just like being on the golf course and letting someone play through. It's all about etiquette,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and moreover,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it's all about just plain common sense. But certain people never cease to remind me of how void their senses are when it comes to anything common.
my case,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it seems like every time it's leg day,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a day with I loathe as it is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], there are these two guys whose leg day always seems to coincide with mine. And they always monopolize two of my favorite leg machines at the very same time. One is the plate-loaded leg press and the other is called a plate-loaded V-squat. They always beat me to the punch when I come in. The two machines are next to each other and these guys are going back and forth, never letting anyone else jump on one. And they do about 100 sets each! These guys remind me of the two deformed troll-like people from the movie Nothing But Trouble named . And all they do it go back and forth,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], back and forth,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], not letting anyone else on the machines.
wouldn't be so bad if there were more than one of these machines,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but there are not. Knowing this,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it would seem that they would be more courteous and exhibit some basic gym etiquette. It's just like the people who like to sit on the machines or benches until the bitter end and not let anyone else on. Working in should be just as expected as putting your weights back where you got them or wiping your sweat off the equipment. Share the equipment and be mindful of others around you. Someone else might be working the same exact muscles that day and you might just need to let them work in. If nothing else,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], working in helps you meet people as well because you're both there doing the same exercise. You could even get someone to help spot you too. If you're like me and you're not too fond of leg day,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the last thing you need are two over-grown trolls getting in the middle of your workout.
