Are the stylish Puma shoes comfortable too or they just look good
About a year ago a friend and I both bought Puma shoes at the Puma store at South Coast Plaza shopping center in Costa Mesa, California, USA. They were expensive and we really didn't need more shoes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but neither of us could resist the temptation. I was surprised how small the shoes were; my normal size is 9 but I had to buy the Pumas in size 10,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and even then they seemed quite narrow on my normally-proportioned feet. I wore them the rest of the day and loved how they looked - my friend's looked even better - but after a while I realized these were not comfortable shoes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], at least partially because they were narrow and the soles hardly flexed at all.
Well, it's been about a year and I've only worn my shoes a few times,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], likewise my friend. When I see them in the closet I think "I should wear them; they were expensive and look great" but I almost never do, since I remember how relieved I was to get out of them. I haven't given up on my Pumas - maybe they just need to be broken in more - and will eventually get back to wearing them,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but "not today." The great thing about shoes is that you don't outgrow them: I can let these Pumas sit for ten years and then start wearing them. They will fit the same then as now. I wish that were true for all those blue jeans I became too fat to wear!
Anyway, all I can say is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], go ahead and buy them,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but make sure they feel right before you put down your money,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], because returning shoes is almost impossible once you've worn them. Right?
I loved the Speed Cat from afar for several months,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], uncertain of which color I wanted - in Europe certain colors went up to almost 150 dollars,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so I wanted to make sure before buying a pair. I ended up getting them during the sales last year and I was VERY disappointed. I don find them very comfortable at all - they look comfy like yoga shoes but more posh, but they are hard,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], not at all what I imagined. On the other hand,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they are very cute and right now some colors are on sale on Amazon - 29.99 isn't so bad,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you could try them and see. They aren't comfortable enough to warrant spending 100 dollars on them but 30 isn't so bad.
I am by no means a PUMA shoe expert, but I have worn my pair of "Kart Cat II" - Urban Sneakers by Puma for about 6 months and I can assure you that they are very comfortable. In fact, they are probably the most comfy shoes that I have ever worn.
So,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I have pretty good confidence that the Puma shoes in general are indeed comfortable in addition to being stylish. I certainly have had good luck with mine. I bought mine in london and I know that while you can't find the specific style in the states, you can find the same design. Mine are the mesh running shoes that seem to not offer any support--but oh how they do! They are the most comfortable tennis shoes I've ever owned. They've never given me a blister and I've walked many many miles in them.
I'm not really a runner, so I don't know if they really do hold up as legit running shoes, but I can walk in them and my feet can breathe in them so yes, they're winners.
